A skull built from prosciutto, salami and chorizo sits at the centre, surrounded by French brie, mature cheddar, Red Leicester, Wensleydale and blue Stilton, with cranberry chutney, breadsticks, grapes and dried fruit around the edge.
It serves 20 as part of a Halloween spread and works well next to the Puking Pumpkin and the Bloodshot Brownie. We build it fresh on the day and deliver it ready to serve. A halal version with beef pastrami, salt beef and chicken salami is listed separately.
