Filo Pastry Rolls - Mediterranean Spinach & Cheese (24 pieces)
Route Catering's Filo Pastry Rolls bring crispy, golden parcels filled with spinach and cheese to London offices. Each roll features delicate filo layers that shatter satisfyingly, revealing warm, savoury filling inside. Twenty-four pieces means proper coverage for team meetings without awkward calculations about who gets the last one—there's always enough.
What's Included:
- 24 individual filo pastry rolls with spinach and cheese filling
- Crispy filo pastry layers baked until golden and topped with sesame seeds
- Creamy cheese filling (feta or similar) adding saltiness and richness
- Each roll individually formed for consistent size and easy serving
- Warm or room temperature serving—both work equally well
- Perfect portion control with bite-sized pieces avoiding mess
Perfect For:
- Team meetings of 10-15 people needing substantial vegetarian finger food
- Client presentations where impressive catering doesn't require plates and cutlery
- Afternoon refreshments offering more substance than biscuits but lighter than full meals
- Mixed dietary groups where vegetarian options need to satisfy everyone, not just accommodate
- Standing receptions and networking events requiring easy grab-and-go food
Mediterranean Pastry Craft: Proper filo work requires technique—too thick and it's doughy, too thin and it burns before the filling heats through. Route Catering's kitchen team understands these details, creating rolls where every layer crisps properly whilst the spinach and cheese inside stays moist and flavourful.
