Halloween Catering in London

The Flesh Board is our Halloween charcuterie platter for London offices and events. A skull built from prosciutto, salami and chorizo sits at the centre, surrounded by French brie, mature cheddar, Red Leicester, Wensleydale and blue Stilton, with cranberry chutney, breadsticks, grapes and dried fruit around the edge.

It serves 20 as part of a Halloween spread and works well next to the Puking Pumpkin and the Bloodshot Brownie. We build it fresh on the day and deliver it ready to serve. A halal version with beef pastrami, salt beef and chicken salami is listed separately.

A gruesome Halloween creation that looks almost too creepy to eat. The Brain Cake is a vanilla and chocolate sponge shaped and decorated as a brain, layered with raspberry jam and finished with dark chocolate and icing. It is the showstopper on the Halloween Graze table and a strong centrepiece on its own.

A gruesome Halloween fruit platter built around a watermelon that has clearly had one too many treats. The carved watermelon spills fresh melon, green and red grapes, blueberries and mint across the platter, so the healthy option is also the one that gets the laughs.

Hot Dog Fingers are the gruesome Halloween bite that gets a room talking. Each pork hot dog sits in a brioche roll dressed to look like a freshly severed finger, with an almond fingernail and a drip of ketchup blood. The platter holds 20.
