Corporate Catering Questions, Answered

Which areas of London do you cover for corporate catering?
We deliver corporate catering across central London with a standard delivery charge of £25 + VAT. For locations outside our standard coverage, we can arrange special delivery on request with adjusted pricing.
What is the minimum order for corporate catering?
Our minimum order value is £150 for all corporate catering deliveries. Most meeting and event orders comfortably exceed this.
How much notice do you need for an order?
Order by 3pm for next-day delivery on weekdays. Weekend deliveries need to be confirmed by 3pm on Friday. Pop-up experiences and staffed events need three working days' notice.
Can you cater large corporate events?
Yes. We have catered corporate events for more than 1,000 attendees, from product launches to company-wide celebrations, with all serving equipment and staffing arranged by our team.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal and kosher requirements as standard, and our chefs prepare allergen-aware meals with advance notice. Specify your requirements when ordering or enquiring.
Do you provide staff, equipment and collection?
Yes. For events and pop-ups we provide serving staff, all necessary equipment and post-event collection, so your team has nothing to set up or clear away.
Can we arrange regular or contract catering?
Many of our clients run recurring weekly orders or full contract catering arrangements. We can arrange tastings for larger contracts. See our contract catering service for details.
What is the difference between corporate and office catering?

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a formal confirmation from the Route Catering team.
  • Minimum Order: A minimum order value of £150 applies to all standard deliveries.
  • Delivery: We deliver across Greater London. Standard delivery is £25+VAT. Next-day orders must be placed by 3pm on the preceding weekday. Weekend deliveries must be confirmed by 3pm on Friday.
  • Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary based on the event type and notice period. Please ask our team for full details.
  • Dietary Information: It is your responsibility to provide full and accurate allergen information. While we handle all allergens with care in our 5 Star Food Hygiene Approved kitchen, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
