We deliver across Greater London and surrounding areas as shown in our delivery map. Our comprehensive network covers all major business districts, residential areas, and venues within our standard delivery zone.

Delivery Times & Scheduling

  • Delivery Windows: 8am - 7pm daily
  • Time Slots: 30-minute estimated delivery windows
  • Next-Day Delivery: Order by 3PM (Monday-Friday) for guaranteed next-day delivery
  • Weekend Orders: Must be placed by Friday 10am for Saturday/Sunday delivery
  • Weekend Service: Available Saturday and Sunday
  • Pop-Up Experiences: Require 3 working days' advance notice

Delivery Charges & Minimums

  • Standard Delivery: £25 + VAT within our delivery area
  • Minimum Order Value: £150 (excluding delivery charge)
  • Outside Standard Zone: Different charges apply - contact us for quote
  • No Additional Charges: No surcharges for early morning, late delivery, or urgent orders

Professional Delivery Service

  • Own Drivers: Dedicated Route Catering delivery team
  • Temperature Control: Insulated vehicles and hot-boxes for optimal food quality
  • Sustainable Packaging: Recyclable and biodegradable materials with wooden cutlery
  • Service Extras: Serving utensils, napkins, and plates available upon request

Order Requirements & Timing

  • Monday-Friday Orders: 3PM cutoff for next-day delivery
  • Weekend Delivery: Friday 10am cutoff required
  • Bespoke/Large Orders: Flexible timing available - contact us to discuss
  • Pop-Up Services: Minimum 3 working days' notice (e.g., order Tuesday for Friday)
  • Late Orders: Call us to check if we can accommodate past cutoff times

Delivery Process

  • Professional Service: Direct delivery to your specified location
  • Reception Delivery: We can deliver to reception or specific floors
  • Availability: If recipient unavailable, we'll attempt contact and wait 15 minutes
  • Both Locations: We deliver to residential and commercial addresses
  • Ready to Serve: All items arrive professionally presented and ready for service

Special Requirements

  • Thermal Flask Items: Hot drinks service requires collection after event (coffee, tea, hot chocolate)
  • Setup Services: Professional venue setup included for graze tables and pop-up experiences
  • Large Orders: No maximum order size - we handle events of any scale

Service Limitations

  • Closed Days: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day
  • Busy Periods: Limited availability during Halloween, Christmas, and Pancake Day
  • Delivery Tracking: Currently not available - delivery confirmed by phone if needed
