Before you look at menus, decide how the party will run. A sit-down Christmas dinner, a drinks afternoon and a desk lunch need very different food. Here is every format we offer for Christmas 2026, side by side.

Prices are per person unless stated and are taken from our live Christmas menu. Mulled wine, mulled cider and alcohol-free mulled wine flasks (serves 25) can be added to any delivered order.

Delivered or served?

Delivered formats arrive ready to eat. Hot roast dinners come in individual boxes or on sharing platters, so nobody has to plate anything. They suit a team lunch in the office or a meeting room. Served formats bring our team with them. We set up, serve and clear, which turns the office into the venue and leaves the organiser free to enjoy the party.

The quickest way to narrow the menu is by headcount. These are the combinations London teams book most often.

Under 20 people: a festive lunch at the desk

Small teams get the most from individual orders. Everyone gets their own roast turkey dinner or Christmas lunchbox, and the mixed diets in the team are covered without any fuss. Add a platter of mince pies and the Christmas lunch is done. The £150 minimum order is roughly a dozen lunchboxes.

20 to 50 people: sharing platters and a drinks table

Once you pass 20 guests, sharing food starts to make sense. The Christmas Dinner Platter brings roast turkey or the winter wellington with all the trimmings on hot sharing platters, at £14.60 a head. For an afternoon drinks party, build a table from festive mini sandwiches, cheese and charcuterie, then add a flask of mulled wine.

50 people and more: let our team run it

For a full office party, a served format does the hosting for you. The Christmas Dinner Pop-Up is a proper plated Christmas dinner with pigs in blankets and a mince pie, served by our team from £23 a head. The Christmas Graze is a full festive spread we build on site, and it suits a drinks evening where people move around. Add the mulled wine cart and the office has its own Christmas bar.

How Much Christmas Party Food to Order

Ordering too little is the mistake people remember. For a meal, keep it simple: one dinner or lunchbox per person. For a drinks party, plan around sharing platters. One cheese or charcuterie platter covers ten guests, and one mulled wine flask covers twenty-five. Allow one or two mini sandwiches and one sweet item per guest. Here is what three typical office parties cost on our current menu.

When to Book Office Christmas Catering

Last year our busiest weeks ran from the last week of November to the middle of December, so those dates fill first. Work back from your date like this.

1. Now: hold your date for a served format Pop-ups, graze tables and the mulled wine cart need at least five working days' notice. In peak weeks, book a few weeks ahead to be safe.
2. One week before: confirm numbers and diets Count your vegetarian, vegan and halal guests, and note any allergies so we can label the food clearly.
3. The day before, by 3pm: delivered orders Lunchboxes, roast dinners, platters and mulled wine flasks can be ordered online until 3pm the working day before. For weekend deliveries, order by 3pm on Friday.
4. The Christmas break We do not deliver from 25 to 28 December. Order by 3pm on 23 December for a Christmas Eve delivery.

Christmas Food for Every Diet in the Office

A Christmas menu that leaves people out is the fastest way to empty the room. Every product page lists its allergens, and we label everything on the day. Here is where to start for each diet.

• Halal: the roast turkey and roast chicken dinners, the Xmas Turkey Lunchbox and the Mini Christmas Sandwich Platter are halal. A halal charcuterie platter is available on request.
• Vegetarian: the winter wellington dinner, the vegetarian mini sandwiches and the Christmas cheese platter.
• Vegan: the Xmas Veggie Lunchbox, with sage and onion stuffing on two festive salads.
• Gluten free and dairy free: the Xmas Turkey Lunchbox. Note that it contains nuts.
• Not drinking: alcohol-free mulled wine, and hot chocolate as a graze table add-on.
